For context, I have a loft bed and there's literally no way a human could have fit in between the wall and my bed. I was frozen with fear and laid there for what seemed like hours and the feeling slowly went away. Also, I could SEE a black shadow on my foot that looked like a hand. I don't remember coming out of it, I don't know how old I was, I don't know if it was sleep paralysis or a dream. It was the most terrifying experience in my entire life, though. My memories are very weak so I struggle to remember most events and the details of even this one are blurry. It very much could have been a dream but it felt so real. I suppose it could have been a lucid dream but I've never had one and have no idea what they feel like so I'm just not sure.

How some people from the US can't see the historical connection between the English people and the English language is beyond me. all the ones bout tooth pain is TRUE. i've had almost EVERY kind of cavity you can imagine, abscess, root canals, vertical cracks, horizontal cracks, chips, nerve exposure, eventually had infection to the point that they said i had to have them all cut out of i'd die. so they did first surgery and left 4 at the bottom and it didn't work; the partial on the bottom caused metal to rub against my last 4 teeth and i couldn't handle that sensation so they took out the bottom 4 and i woke up mid-surgery on either the first or second but i remember the sensation of scalpel cutting into me as well as the tooth crushing. i couldn't speak but luckily the surgeon oral's assisstant noticed and pumped more strong pain meds and knocked me back out... they also put in a cow-bone graft on lower front jaw and since i didn't have an adult molar on the bottom right side ever come in, the gum line goes from normal to flat below tongue level all the way back. so idk if implants are even possible since idk if my jaw can handle it. infections in general are also lethal as hell and had i not gotten amoxicillin when i did i MIGHT have died. i need to check it again and if it still looks bad (my doc has retired so i'd have to find a doctor to get THAT refilled) i also need my other Rx's refilled - i've been on 4x 1mg xanax + 4x 1mg klonopin daily for over a decade, and before that 4x 0.5mg xanax a day for 6-8 years from first doctor to aid my chronic insomnia and chronic panic attacks/anxiety. during the retirement of my first doctor and finding my 2nd one took 1 yr 4 months and i have brain damage from cold turkey withdrawals that almost killed me... now my prescription has gone up exponentially in the past decade, the doctors in my town who refused to take me as a patient when i was taking only 0.5mg xanax (total of 2mg a day vs the 4mg i take now + 4mg klonopin) will most likely turn me down again... i have 3-5 months to figure it out or i'm looking at potential death from benzo withdrawal again and i am absolutely horrified... it is terrible. i did not get ONE single night of sleep for that 1 year and 4 months... the only "sleep" i got was MICRO NAPS for 3-5min here and there without knowing it, and when i'd lay down in bed, i'd get about 2-3hrs TOPS and if the SLIGHTEST noise was heard i'd BOLT AWAKE in a panic attack. plus the longest i'd ever get is after not being able to sleep for a week or more and body would shut down (this would happen - the body shutting down about 1-2x a month) so my brain chemistry is forever altered and damaged from the doctors refusing to seeing me... idk what to do or where to go online as my last doctor suggested. i was so upset to find out he was retiring because i could text him anytime day/night and he would reply to me fairly soon and calm me down about whatever was going on... and i didn't have to go in every month for refills; i'd get 4-5month refills... he was the best doctor i had and i talked to him the most about any and everything. so finding that level of report to be able to text my doc and not have to check in EVERY MONTH helped me a LOT these past 8+ years. i was considering going back to work in a job that i loved that would cause me to travel the US as a technician but now that i must find a new doctor and somehow get onelike him... i say again i am terrified and stuck to this city until a miracle happens. potential ingrown toenails due to wearing socks all the time. my big toenail has began to grow in a super U shape that has never done so before and whenever i cut them they grow back and push into my flesh. i've seen the surgery to correct it and i 100% do not want to have to go through that and i'm hoping i can find a way to avoid that.

Probably more of a recent trend, but as service staff in the UK I've witnessed Americans seem to get very dramatic and emotional if they start feeling uncomfortable like in a discussion.
